My name is Hilary, or Hilary Victoria Dean if we share a love of full names. I also love an English garden and a cup of tea with milk. I love white cotton nightgowns and freshly washed sheets. I love local markets, flowers wrapped in brown paper, wicker shoulder baskets. I love my cat James.

I have loved photography since I was seven years old. I turned this passion of mine into a career in 2017 and still cannot believe that I get to create for a living. I am based in Toronto, but love to travel to the countryside with my camera in hand.

I shoot maternity, newborns and families and it’s a dream come true to work so closely with children. I shoot intimate weddings, birthday parties and showers. I shoot branding for the small businesses that have evolved from passion and hard work. More than anything, my clients refer to me as romantic and it’s one label I will always be proud to wear.
